Site and email
The full path: files, databases and mailboxes with their messages.
Hosting migration
Migrate yourself, for free: create an account, upload your full cPanel backup and review the preview before you confirm. Rather we do it? Assisted migration costs $138.60 per site.
At a glance
Hosting and mailboxes follow the regular plans.
How it works
A full cPanel backup (Full Backup or cpmove). No cPanel? Files as .zip or .tar.gz plus the .sql dump.
In 30 seconds to 5 minutes: domains, databases, CMS, PHP version, mailboxes and space needed.
Choose what comes over per domain and untick the mailboxes you don’t want. Only then do you confirm.
Each site gets its own isolated server; databases and mailboxes are recreated. The old site stays online.
Site responding, database restored, files counted and message totals checked mailbox by mailbox.
You get the report and the exact records to change. If the domain is on UQBITZ, it’s automatic.
You choose what comes over
The full path: files, databases and mailboxes with their messages.
The site stays where it is. No server is created; only mailboxes and messages come over.
For when your email already lives elsewhere, such as Google Workspace.
No surprises
Yes, if you do it yourself from the panel: create the account and organisation, then use the Migration menu. Assisted migration, done by our team, costs $138.60 per site. Hosting and email follow the regular plans.
No. The old site keeps answering until you switch DNS, after the checks. Propagation takes 1 to 48 hours.
Messages come over, and the totals are checked mailbox by mailbox. Each mailbox gets a new password, emailed to the account owner.
Yes. Choose "email only" for the domain: no server is created and the site stays where it is.
A full cPanel backup (Full Backup or cpmove). Without cPanel, upload the files as .zip or .tar.gz and the database dump as .sql.
Not from the panel backup yet. Upload the files and the .sql manually, or ask for assisted migration.
US dollars, euros or Brazilian reais — you choose on the site.
Upload the backup, see what comes and what stays, and only confirm if it makes sense.
